If you encounter any issues while using Canebee Connect, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve common problems or contact support for further assistance.


Common Issues & Solutions
  • Login Issues – Ensure you are using the correct credentials. Reset your password if needed.


  • Slow Loading  – Close the app and clear the cache .Try using the app now.


  • Contacts Not Syncing  – Check if sync permissions are enabled in your device settings.Manually refresh the contact list in the app.


  • NFC Card Not Working – Check if NFC is enabled on your device and ensure the card is properly activated.


  • Reminder or Notification Not Triggering – Verify that app notifications are enabled in your device settings. Also check if the reminder is set for the correct date and time.


  • AI Assistance Not Working – Confirm that you have entered sufficient input for AI processing.Try restarting the app and attempting again.
