Manage your Canebee Connect subscription with ease, from understanding your free trial to upgrading and handling payments.
Understanding Your 7-Day Standard Trial
All new users start with a 7-day Standard Trial, giving full access to premium features.
No payment is required during the trial period.
Before the trial ends, you’ll receive reminders to choose a plan to continue using premium features.
If no plan is selected, your account will automatically switch to the free plan with limited features.
Upgrading Plans
To upgrade your plan, you must use the Canebee Connect web app.
Downgrading Your Subscription
What Happens When You Downgrade?
Your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
After the cycle ends, your account will switch to the free plan, which has limited features.
Any additional features tied to the premium plan, including advanced lead management, segmentation, and analytics, will no longer be accessible.
Previously collected data will remain in your account but may become read-only or restricted based on the free plan limitations.
How to Downgrade :
Log in to the Canebee Connect web app.
Navigate to Settings > Subscription.
Click on Manage Plan and select Downgrade to Free Plan.
Confirm the downgrade request. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Note: Downgrading does not offer refunds for unused time. You can continue using premium features until your current subscription period ends.
