Welcome to the Subscription Flow Help Section
Managing your Canebee Connect subscription is easy. Follow the steps below to subscribe, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.
1. How to Subscribe
Step 1: Navigate to the Subscription Page
Log in to your Canebee Connect account.
Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Subscription from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Choose a Plan
On the Subscription Page, you'll see various plans that cater to different needs. You can compare the features and prices of each plan.
Once you’ve decided on a plan, click the Select Plan button next to your preferred option.
Step 3: Enter Payment Details
You will be redirected to a secure payment page. Enter your credit/debit card details or select another payment method (if available).
Click Confirm Payment to complete your subscription.
Step 4: Confirmation
After successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your subscription.
2. How to Upgrade Your Subscription
Step 1: Access Your Current Subscription
Log in to your account and go to the Subscription section by clicking on your profile icon.
Step 2: Select a Higher Plan
If you’re ready to unlock more features, select a higher-tier plan from the list of available options.
Step 3: Confirm the Upgrade
Review the pricing and features of the plan, then click Upgrade Plan.
Your payment will be adjusted based on the new plan, and you’ll be billed for the difference (prorated based on the time remaining in your billing cycle).
Step 4: Start Using Premium Features
Once your upgrade is successful, you’ll have immediate access to all the premium features included in your new plan.

3. How to Downgrade Your Subscription
Step 1: Access Your Subscription Settings
Log in to Canebee Connect and navigate to the Subscription section.
Step 2: Select a Lower Plan
You can downgrade to a lower-tier plan by choosing a different option from the available plans.
Step 3: Confirm the Downgrade
Review the new plan’s features and pricing. Click Downgrade to confirm your changes.
Your subscription will switch to the lower plan at the start of the next billing cycle. Until then, you can continue using the features of your current plan.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Step 1: Go to Subscription Settings
Log in to your account and head to the Subscription section.
Step 2: Select Cancel Subscription
Scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
You’ll be asked to confirm your decision. If you're sure, proceed by clicking Confirm Cancellation.
Step 3: Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email after the cancellation.
You will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free version.
Note: Cancelling your subscription will result in the loss of premium features and services once your billing cycle ends.
5. Subscription FAQs
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method by going to the Subscription section and clicking on Payment Information. Enter your new payment details and save the changes.
Will I be charged immediately if I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, if you upgrade mid-cycle, the payment will be prorated based on your usage of the current plan and the time left in your billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification, and you’ll have a grace period to update your payment information before losing access to premium features.
